The Family and Consumer Sciences Department prepares students for rewarding careers helping families and individuals through classroom study, hands-on training and mentorship by outstanding professors.
The department offers four majors:
• Clothing, Textiles, and Fashion Merchandising (CTFM)
• Family and Child Science (FCS)
• Family and Consumer Sciences Education (FCSE)
• Human Nutrition and Food Science (HNFS)
