O'Donnell Hall: (return to top)

The College of Education serves 1,700 undergraduates and 1,000 graduate students and is the fastest-growing college at NMSU. O'Donnell Hall was completed in 1968 and became home to the College of Education. Currently, it is being revitalized in three stages. Stage one will cost an estimated $15 million and is scheduled to be completed by Fall 2008.

O'Donnell Hall was originally designed by Ruger, Lake, and Henderson Associated Architects and Engineers. The hall was named for William B. O’Donnell, former professor, Dean of students, and Dean of the College of Education. He was also Vice President of the University from 1959 to 1968.
